About.

INSPIRED BY GROWTH.

“No company can afford not to move forward. It may be at the top of the heap today but at the bottom of the heap tomorrow, if it doesn’t.”
— James Cash Penney, founder, JC Penney

WHY?  When I first found Simon Sinek’s book “Start with Why” I was over the moon, there was someone else that also thought like me.  I always have these questions that I ask people.  It always seems so logical to me, why don’t other people ask the same questions, especially in business.  Sometimes I get strange looks from business owners when I ask them what is preventing them to grow for instance?

My brain is always busy analysing businesses, why is this business growing at 25% year-on-year and the same business around the corner at 0% per year?  Are all the excuses that I get from employees valid?  Why do they do that?  Why is their customer service so horrific but they seem to be thriving?

I suppose I have more questions than most business owners can answer but I have also seen business owners that put some thought into my questions and actioning the right things growing their businesses at double-digit rates.

That’s who I am, engage with me and I will help you activate growth in your business.
